화장품 여드름, 세제 여드름?
여드름이 나게 되는 원인은 이루 말할 수 없이 다양한데요.
오늘은 외부적 원인에 따른 여드름의 종류와 해결 방법에 대해서 알아보겠습니다!
There are many reasons for acne.
Today let’s look at external factors of causing different
acne and solutions to the problem.
1. 화장품 여드름
COSMETIC ACNE
화장품을 썼을 때 나는 여드름으로 화장품 성분이 모공을 막을 때 생긴다.
유분이 많이 함유된 크림이나 파운데이션, 일부 자외선차단제가 원인일 수 있다.
여드름을 유발하는 것으로 의심되는 화장품 사용은 즉시 중단하고
일정기간 사용을 중지해도 여드름이 없어지지 않는다면 피부과에서 레이저 시술 등을 받는다.
Cosmetic acne is caused when cosmetic ingredients clog pores.
Main factors include oily cream, foundation, and other UV protection creams.
In case of cosmetics suspected of causing acne one shall stop its usage right away and if acne does not disappear within a certain period time laser treatment in dermatology clinic is required.
2. 세제 여드름
DETERGENT ACNE
비누 세안을 자주 할 경우 하얀 좁쌀처럼 여드름이 올라온다.
비누 속에 있는 성분이 여드름을 유발하므로 세안 전용 클렌징을 사용하고
세안 후에는 얼굴에 남아있을지도 모르는 클렌징 성분을 닦아내기 위해
토너로 피부를 정리해준다.
Too much soap cleansing may cause acne which shows in a white millet form.
As ingredients inside the soap causes acne it is important to use specialized cleanser when face washing. Also, arrange skin tone with toner to remove remaining residue after wash.
3. 약물성 여드름
MEDICATION ACNE
화학물질과 접촉해 생기는 여드름으로 스프레이, 향수 등이 원인이 된다.
이런 경우에는 증상이 가라앉을 때까지 사용을 중단하고
피부에 자극을 가하지 않는 것이좋다.
한 번 여드름을 유발한 제품은 다른 제품으로 바꾸는 것이 좋다.
This acne is caused by contact with chemical materials such as spray or perfume.
In this case, stop using the product until symptom gets better and try to avoid any irritation to the skin.
Try not to use again the product that causes acne.
4. 하계 여드름
SUMMER ACNE
20~40대 여성에게 나타나는 것으로 빨갛고 딱딱한 알갱이가 있는 발진 형태이다.
볼, 목, 가슴, 어깨, 팔 등에 잘 생기며 보통 봄에 나기 시작해
여름에 심해지고 가을이 되면 저절로 사라진다.
This acne is made in rash form which has red and solid thing inside.
It easily appears in cheek, neck, chest, shoulder, and arm areas and usually starts from spring. The symptom becomes worse in summer and disappears naturally in fall.
